Zibaba is not involved in the purchase. Your customers are making purchases directly from you using the payment methods you offer.

How will I know if a purchase has been made?

After a transaction has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation from Zibaba. You can also see all orders in the “Orders” tab in your shop manager.

Will my customers receive an email confirmation of their purchase?

Yes, after the transaction has been completed the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

Can I give discounts or coupon codes?

You can give an instant store discount to those who “Like” your Facebook Page. You can set the amount yourself as a percentage or as a fixed price. This is called “Fan-Only Discount.”

You also have the ability to offer discounts and coupon codes including: a store-wide coupon code, a category coupon code and a free-shipping coupon code.
